CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made formally by e-mail or fax. In conformity with business practices within the Icelandic travel industry, cancellation fees will be charged to each passenger as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to tour: no fee
• 2 to 3 weeks prior to tour:10% of total price
• 1 to 2 weeks prior to tour: 25% of total price
• 72 hours to 1 week prior to tour: 50% of total price
• 24 hours to 72 hours prior to tour: 75% of total price
• Less than 24 hours prior to tour: 100% of total price
